At ProLight, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have implemented a clear and simple return policy to ensure you have a risk-free shopping experience.

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to request a return or exchange. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The projector must be undamaged , complete and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • The product must be in a resalable condition, unless it has a defect or malfunction.
  • Returns for change of mind are only accepted if the projector has not been used or opened.

3. Return Process

If you wish to return your projector, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at newgennerationn@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a return label and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable .

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged projector, please contact us immediately at newgennerationn@gmail.com with photos of the product and details of the problem. We promise to provide you with a replacement product or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Return Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs .
  • For any other return (change of mind, wrong order, etc.), return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Exclusions

  • Sale items or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Any damage caused by misuse or improper handling will not be covered under this return policy.
